Component-level electronics repair for automotive manufacturing
We do not swap boards. We repair them. Every unit is diagnosed at component level — identifying the exact fault on the PCB, drive, or control system before any work begins. Particularly important on production lines where replacement lead times can halt output for weeks.
We use oscilloscopes, ESR meters, thermal imaging and signal tracing to find the exact faulty component — capacitors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, driver ICs, power transistors. This means we can repair equipment the OEM no longer supports, and get your line running faster than waiting months for a replacement.

A real example of what we do and why it matters.
An automotive manufacturer came to us with repeated stoppages on their assembly line. Motor drives controlling conveyor and transfer equipment were cutting out under load, causing unplanned stoppages and significant production delays. Each fault was costing hours of output and putting delivery schedules at risk. Our engineers carried out a detailed component-level diagnostic — identifying a failing power module in the main inverter stage, combined with degraded capacitors on the DC bus. Components were replaced, the board cleaned, and the unit tested under simulated production load conditions. The assembly line was back in operation within 48 hours. Repeated stoppages were eliminated and overall equipment uptime improved by more than 40%. The client avoided the cost and multi-week lead time of a replacement drive — and the original configuration was fully preserved.

All repairs carry a written warranty confirmed before work begins. You know what you're getting — in writing — before we start.
Warranty periods
Terms & conditions: Warranty covers recurrence of the same fault only. It does not cover new faults, damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, environmental damage, or misuse. The warranty period is confirmed in writing on your repair report before work begins. Warranty is void if the unit is opened or modified by a third party after repair.
