Component-level electronics repair for construction equipment

We do not swap boards. We repair them. Every unit is diagnosed at component level — identifying the exact fault on the PCB, drive, or control system before any work begins.

🔬
Component-level repair — not board swap

We use oscilloscopes, ESR meters, thermal imaging and signal tracing to find the exact faulty component — capacitors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, driver ICs, power transistors. This is why our repairs last, and why we can fix equipment the OEM no longer supports.

Common questions from construction companies

What construction equipment do you repair?
We repair motor drives, crane control systems, dash panels, PLCs, HMIs, joystick systems, temperature controllers, power distribution units, automation system boards, and highway surfacing equipment electronics. If it has a circuit board and it fails, we can diagnose and repair it.
How quickly can you repair my equipment?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 working days from receipt at our Newcastle workshop. If your site is down and the job is critical, our emergency service returns most units in 1–3 working days.
Do you repair obsolete construction equipment electronics?
Yes — this is one of our specialities. We source components through our global supplier network and repair at component level. We do not need the OEM to supply the board or module.
How much does a repair cost?
We provide a fixed-price quote after diagnosis — you know the full cost before we start any work. No obligation to proceed. Diagnosis is carried out within 24 hours of your unit arriving at our Newcastle workshop.
Do you offer on-site repair for construction equipment?
In most cases we ask you to send the unit to our Newcastle workshop. For larger or fixed installations where removal is not practical, on-site attendance can be arranged. Contact us to discuss your situation.
What happens if you cannot repair my unit?
If we cannot repair the unit, we will tell you clearly and explain why. You will only pay a diagnostic fee — no repair charge applies. We will also advise on the most cost-effective replacement options where possible.
