Electronics repair for
shipbuilding & marine
When welding machines, motor controls, navigation systems and generator control systems fail on yard or vessel, we repair them at component level — faster and cheaper than replacement.
What we repair
Component-level electronics repair for shipbuilding
We do not swap boards. We repair them. Every unit is diagnosed at component level — identifying the exact fault on the PCB, drive, or control system before any work begins. Particularly important in shipbuilding where replacement lead times can hold up an entire build programme.
We use oscilloscopes, ESR meters, thermal imaging and signal tracing to find the exact faulty component — capacitors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, driver ICs, power transistors. This means we can repair equipment the OEM no longer supports, and get your unit back faster than waiting months for a replacement.
Sectors we serve
Shipbuilding and marine projects we support
We work across commercial shipbuilding, naval, offshore and vessel refit — wherever electronics failure affects programme or safety, we repair it.
In practice
From the workshop — a recent shipbuilding job
A real example of what we do and why it matters.
A shipbuilding company came to us with recurring faults in their emergency generator control system. The faults were intermittent, which made them difficult to diagnose and had already raised concerns about system reliability at a critical stage of the build programme. Our engineers carried out a detailed component-level inspection and fault-finding process, quickly identifying the root cause in the generator control system. The unit was repaired and returned with a written warranty. The client was able to continue the programme with confidence in the reliability of their emergency systems.
Warranty & terms
Written warranty on every repair
All repairs carry a written warranty confirmed before work begins. You know what you're getting — in writing — before we start.
Warranty periods
Terms & conditions: Warranty covers recurrence of the same fault only. It does not cover new faults, damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, environmental damage, or misuse. The warranty period is confirmed in writing on your repair report before work begins. Warranty is void if the unit is opened or modified by a third party after repair.
