Can you repair equipment sent from outside Newcastle or the North East?

Yes. While we are based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we accept equipment from anywhere in the UK. Most customers send equipment to us by courier or freight. We also serve offshore platforms and international clients. Once we have assessed the equipment, we contact you with our findings and a repair quote before any work begins.
What happens if my equipment cannot be repaired?

If we assess your equipment and determine it cannot be repaired, we will tell you clearly and explain why. We will also advise on any alternatives, such as equipment modification or sourcing a compatible replacement. There is no charge for assessment in cases where repair is not possible — we will agree this with you before work starts.
Do you carry out on-site repairs, or does equipment need to come to your workshop?

We offer both. Most repairs are carried out at our Newcastle workshop where we have full diagnostic equipment available. For larger or fixed installations, we can send engineers to your site. On-site repair is available for customers in the North East and wider UK — contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
