Initial discussion
Tell us what's failed, what the symptoms are, and where the equipment is located. We'll confirm whether on-site attendance is the right approach and agree a visit date — including emergency response where needed.
On-site attendance
Our engineer attends your site to assess and identify faults in place. We diagnose at component or system level without the need to remove equipment from your facility.
Repair & functional testing
We carry out the repair on-site and conduct functional testing to confirm the equipment is operating correctly before we leave. Where testing under load conditions is possible at your site, we do it.
Documentation & follow-up
We provide a written summary of the fault found, the work carried out, and any recommendations to prevent recurrence. All repair work carries NPE's standard warranty.
