Send your equipment
Send the equipment to our Newcastle workshop — Unit 30, i-8 Lynnwood Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 6UL. Mark the package clearly as emergency. Include a fault description and your contact details.
Same-day fault diagnosis
Equipment received before 10am is assessed the same day. We identify the fault at component level using advanced fault finding methods and contact you with our findings and a repair quotation.
Emergency repair
On your approval, we carry out the repair immediately — prioritising your job ahead of standard workflow. Our engineers work at component level to address the root cause, not just the symptom.
Functional testing
Once repaired, the equipment is subjected to functional testing to confirm correct operation before despatch. All emergency repairs are carried out under our ISO 9001 quality management system.
Return & warranty
Your equipment is returned as quickly as possible — typically within 1–3 working days of arrival. All repair work carries NPE's standard repair warranty. We'll confirm warranty terms before work begins.
